The weight of the box does not exceed 5 kg (11.02 lbs.).
The maximum value of goods per box is US$ 1,000.00 or CA$ 1,200.00
One item can be sent, but possible to send multiple quantities if same items.

In the case of sending gifts or personal effect items not containing Leather Shoes, Liquor or Tobacco product and valued at $50.00 or below there will be no fees.

How to Use

1) Package and Document

You can use your favorite box. The total of three sides (L+W+H) must be up to 80 cm (31.5 inch). Access to the International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping and Create your shipment and Pay in online. (There is no online payment if you choose "All Collect shipment"). *If you cannot use the International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping, please use the Yamato’s branch or its TA-Q-BIN agents to get a slip.

2) Create shipping document

Put into the box while checking and entry the items what you want to ship. Close the box with tape etc. after you have packed the items.

* Please note that the total weight of one box does not exceed 5.0 kg (11 lbs.).

Please mark the reference number and tracking number issued by International TA-Q-BIN Online Shipping on the box by using felt tip pen etc.

3) Drop off your package

Please bring the packed box to Yamato branch or TA-Q-BIN agent.

The shipping price includes an insurance premium covering damage up to US$ 1,000 or CA$ 1,200 per box.
Wine, glass products and ceramic products (e.g. figures, French doll etc.), rare goods, replica goods, art goods, antique goods, light bulb goods, etc. Are not eligible for compensation. About forbidden items and regulated items.
This service is not temperature controlled.
For temperature-sensitive items (chocolate, candle, wax, etc.) it is expected to melt or to deform, but damage due to temperature change may be out of compensation.
